Early intervention

Early intervention is identifying and providing effective early support to children and young people who are at risk of poor outcomes. Effective early intervention works to prevent problems occurring and to tackle them head-on when they do, before problems get worse.

We aim to improve:

Special education

The special education teacher works with children and adults with mental, developmental, learning, and multi- disciplinary disabilities. The special educator assesses the person’s skills ,determines their learning needs , designs an individual education plan(IEP), trains children and follows each student’ s progress.

Special education include the following:

Senseory integration program

The Sensory integration therapist provides sensory input (touch, taste, smell and sight) through play and observes the child’s reactions to evaluate his high or low sensitivity than provide treatment plan.

Speech therapy is the assessment and treatment of communication problems and speech disorders.

This is a specified unit for special students with mild & moderate mental disabilities, our aim in this department is to prepare them for inclusion with their peers in normal/mainstream schools

Psychotherapy

The psychologist assess your child‘s cognitive abilities, evaluates his attention and concentration and provide therapy. He also works with teacher, families to ensure your child learning success.

Physio therapy

Physical exercising can have a life altering effects to children with physical disabilities. A physical therapist works one-on-one with a special needs child to determine specific exercises, stretches, and other modalities that will help improve balance, mobility as well as body coordination.

Musical Education

Musical education is very useful method that encourages self expression, improves the children's vocal abilities as well as help them improve their psychological and mental health. As an emotionally uplifting tool, music therapy can help children with special needs to let go of their frustrations or anxieties and connect better with other people.

Adapted physical education

The physical education specialist provide physical activities according to the physical ability of each child , selects students with a similar level of physical performance and train them as a team to increase their self confidence and motivate them to work within a group.
